About a year ago our company was served with a lawsuit from American Express regarding an unpaid debt on two account. As with many businesses, COVID wreaked havoc on our financial health causing us to get behind. Mr. Metzner and Mr. Mays were very understanding and worked with us so we could make payment to retain their services. Once we went into negotiations with AMEX, they were in constant communication with us as to what the status of our case was. They were able to get us a settlement that we could afford before we went to mediation, and now our business can continue to operate. I really do not know where we would be if it was not for their hard work and diligence. God forbid we are ever in this situation again, but if we ever are, my first call will be to Mr. Metzner and his team.

I had an unfair judgement against me and my company. I returned a defective truck to a leasing company, and even though the re sale amount and my payments gave them 90% of the original price of the Truck they still sued me for the remainder of the balance of the original terms. They weren’t willing to accept my settlement offer. I engaged the services of Attorney Michael Metner and he was able to get me a fair settlement. (Significantly lower). Every conversation and interaction I had with Michael and his office, was very reassuring. I was always updated on the status of the case and felt like I had a strong competent advocate on my side. My case is settled and I can move on from this unpleasant experience. I hope I do not need an attorney again for any similar matter, but if I do, I will sure call Michael!
